Role Title: Sales – MetalCloud Function: MetalCloud Experience: 3+ years Location: Pan India with extensive travel to customer sites
Role Summary:
We are accelerating AI-led digitization within the foundry ecosystem. This role will own the end-to-end sales cycle for MetalCloud’s AI modules—from market outreach and solution demos to commercial closure. You will play a key role in shaping how foundries adopt AI across quality, testing, inspection, and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Ownership & Deal Management
Own the complete sales cycle for MetalCloud’s AI solutions—from lead qualification to negotiation and closure
Build and execute account penetration strategies across enterprise and mid-market foundries
Maintain strong CRM hygiene with accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, forecasts, and deal progress
AI Solution Demonstrations & Value Articulation
Deliver high-impact product demos to plant heads, QA managers, production leaders, and business owners
Clearly articulate business value, including productivity improvement, scrap reduction, cycle-time optimization, and decision automation
Collaborate with pre-sales to design customized workflows, pilots, and customer-specific solutions
Industry & Workflow Intelligence
Develop a deep understanding of foundry workflows across quality inspection, metallurgy, testing, and production control
Identify opportunities where AI can reduce defects, improve throughput, and standardize decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product and pre-sales teams to build tailored proposals, pilot programs, and solution architectures
Share on-ground insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmap and future module development
