Job Summary

The Senior Analyst 1 Infrastructure Services role focuses on the administration, design, and implementation of EMC Storage solutions. This position is critical in ensuring the performance and reliability of storage systems, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administer, design, and implement EMC Storage arrays including Symmetrix, VMAX, PMAX, Unity, XtremIO, Isilon, and VNX.
• Configure and manage SRDF and TimeFinder in EMC storage environments.
• Conduct performance analysis of storage arrays and optimize performance.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Fabric Environments with Brocade and Cisco switches.
• Manage and administer ECC, ensuring operational efficiency.
• Provide operational support on a 24x7 rotation basis, resolving issues quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Administer and troubleshoot CIFS shares and NFS exports, including storage provisioning, LUN creation, masking, and mapping.
• Collaborate with hardware vendors and EMC support to resolve complex hardware issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years of total experience, with 5-8 years of relevant experience in EMC Storage.
• Strong knowledge of EMC storage technologies and performance optimization.
• In-depth experience with SYMCLI and EMC management applications like Storage Essentials and ECC.
• System administration experience on HPUX or Sun Solaris, with knowledge of Volume Manager concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, and Change Management.
• Certification in EMC technology is an added advantage.
• Proficient in scripting and advanced troubleshooting skills.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹2,400,000.
