Job Summary

The Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end implementation projects related to airline fares and pricing. This role will involve planning, configuration, testing, and successful delivery of fare-related products. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and airline customers to ensure seamless project execution and high levels of customer satisfaction, while also documenting processes and contributing to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and delivery.
• Analyze customer requirements and configure fare-related products across test and production environments.
• Provide functional expertise and support during implementation, including troubleshooting and migration activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and airline customers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Document learnings and contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in airline fares and pricing implementation or related roles.
• Strong understanding of ATPCO categories (Cat31/Cat33), Fare Families, and ticketing fees.
• Knowledge of airline IT systems such as Altea Reservation/Ticketing and RMS/Dynamic Pricing is an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with customers in a multicultural environment.
• Engineering or Computer Science degree (or equivalent experience); IATA certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies is desirable.
• Experience in customer support and relationship management would be an asset.
