Job Description
<div>Responsible for the development and execution of Nutrova’s creative strategy across different channels to drive brand awareness and sales</div>

<div>Contribute to the develop a cohesive, integrative marketing strategy for the company across different channels and oversee execution of the same. This includes (but is not limited to) content strategy across platforms, creative oversight at all touchpoints (social, ads, website), influencer marketing and PR.<br />

Work with the leadership team to identify relevant consumer insights and plan and execute campaigns using these insights.<br />
•<br />
Working closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure creative inputs for advertising align with the company’s creative strategy and brand key.<br />
•<br />
Drive the organization’s Content Marketing strategy<br />
•<br />
Identify and manage the internal and external resources needed to drive marketing strategy including but not limited to creative agencies, influencer outreach and photoshoots.<br />
•<br />
Collaborate with other teams necessary to execute the marketing strategy</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.<br />
•<br />
Preference would be given to MBA or similar Master’s degree in Marketing or individuals who have handled similar roles on the agency side (creative director or similar role).</div>

<div>Hands on experience with:<br />

Campaign planning and execution<br />
o<br />
Creative development<br />
o<br />
Working with agencies and creators to develop creatives and content</div>
