Job Description
Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other relevant channels ● Own budgets and deliver on CAC, ROAS, and user acquisition targets ● Run continuous A/B tests on creatives, copy, landing pages, and audiences ● Analyse campaign data and translate it into clear, actionable decisions ● Work closely with the design team to brief, iterate, and ship ad creatives fast ● Build and manage retargeting flows and full-funnel acquisition strategies ● Explore and experiment with emerging channels: influencer, affiliate, WhatsApp-native growth
