Job Summary

The HR Head will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and executing initiatives that enhance workforce performance. This position involves leadership in Human Resource Business Partnering (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition (TA), contributing to the organization's overall growth and success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and culture.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2-3 HR professionals, providing guidance and support on various HR functions.
  • Collaborate with CXO and other stakeholders to address organizational challenges and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top talent.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Drive HR initiatives such as employee engagement, training, and development programs.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 10-15 years in HR Business Partner (HRBP) and Talent Acquisition roles.
  • Education: Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college.
