ACG : Head of Strategy

- Trying to establish strategy cell
- ACG has 4 distinct business
- Capsule, Engineering,Packaging, Inspection
- Entering into the space of Nutraceutical which is under Capsule vertical
- Each business has a separate PnL,HR etc
- Looking for Head of Strategy for films & foils
- Key Requirement
- Report to the CEO,business 800- 1000 CR
- Somebody who can assist the CEO in terms of identifying new market opportunities
- Films & foil manufacturing in Belgium, another acquisition in Dubai
- Global role & assist to identify potential markets
- Designation of SM to DGM
- Comp range is open till current comp of 55-60 Lacs
- Candidate from Pune will be a plus
- Core consulting folks are not required & need someone with manufacturing background will be preferred
- Mindset around sustainability
- Role based at Shirwal (70 kms from Pune)
- Pharma,Packaging,bottling,tetrapack & its sister concerns
- MnA knowledge, growth mindset, risk assesment
- Geographical expanion, business & market intelligence
