Job Description
- Data Strategy: Define the right strategy to look at data KPI metrics (eg retention) and drive the implementation end-to-end. 2. Data Analytics and Reporting: Oversee the development of analytical models and reporting systems to provide actionable insights. 3. Collaborate with business units to own and define data requirements for reporting, eg LTV for FOS model. 4. Implement data management best practices to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and accessible. 5. Team Leadership - Foster a culture of data driven actionable 6. Collaboration with Stakeholders - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions 7. Technology Evaluation - Make recommendations for adopting new tools (Eg amplitude, CLM tools, etc) and platforms to improve data analysis.Competition analysis - define a format and reporting structure for us to better understand the Indian Pharma ecosystem
