Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a highly efficient and motivated team of engineers
• Work with Product Management and Design team to develop engineering solutions that best satisfy customer needs
• Develop an efficient engineering delivery process and manage the delivery
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
  
   

 Qualifications:

• Deep knowledge in web application development (i.e., prior experience building large scale web applications) 
• A high level of comfort working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced startup environment
• Interest in staying current with current and evolving cloud technologies.
• Deep understanding of server-side programming languages such as Python / Java / C# / Golang / Node.js
• High technical competence, with a track record of past strong coding and individual technical accomplishments. The ability to design and review other’s design and implementation is essential for this position
• Passion and ability to manage people. Ability to rapidly establish credibility, build close working relationships, motivate and energize Engineers
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
• 6+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of engineering management experience
