Job Summary

The Nexthink Analyst will play a crucial role in enhancing the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) by leveraging the Nexthink Infinity Platform. This position involves proactive analysis, reporting, and the creation of actionable insights to improve DEX scores and support business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Nexthink Infinity Platform to create remote actions, campaigns, and workflows.
  • Conduct proactive analysis to identify improvements in DEX scores.
  • Develop relevant alerts, dashboards, and reports tailored for client needs.
  • Create remote actions to address common incidents effectively.
  • Write custom scripts and design custom dashboards.
  • Execute Nexthink Query Language (NQL) queries to extract and analyze data.
  • Collaborate on various reporting and analytics projects with both internal and external clients.
  • Gather and document customer business requirements to translate them into production reports and dashboards.
  • Ensure consistent data quality by working across functional lines.
  • Review reports continuously to identify improvement opportunities and minimize redundant reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or PowerPoint for data visualization.
  • Automate data preparation and report creation where feasible.
  • Provide technical advice and lead projects related to reporting solutions, including analysis, proposal, creation, implementation, and support.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs in a timely manner for end users.
  • Offer day-to-day support for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of the Nexthink Infinity Platform.
  • Proficiency in creating remote actions, campaigns, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of NQL queries.
  • Experience with Power BI or PowerPoint for data visualization.
  • Project management skills to handle activities according to agreed services.
  • Ability to gather and document business requirements effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to provide insights and drive improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in data automation and report creation.
  • Familiarity with project/activity management documentation.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in analytics, reporting, or a related field.

Environment

  • Work is conducted in an in-office setting located in Bangalore.

Salary

  • Estimated salary range: ₹1,950,000.
