Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineer with over 5 years in the field to design, build, and manage AI-driven solutions on Microsoft Azure. This role will significantly contribute to the development and governance of advanced AI models, aligning with the organization’s overall AI strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative AI-driven solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Studio.
• Execute prompt engineering, model orchestration, and governance of AI models.
• Utilize Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML) for training and deploying machine learning models.
• Leverage Cognitive Services including Vision, Speech, Language, and Search to enhance AI capabilities.
• Manage and maintain vector databases such as Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, or Redis vector DB.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing AI solutions on Azure.
• Expertise in Azure AI Foundry and Azure AI Studio.
• Proficient in Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML).
• Strong knowledge of Cognitive Services (Vision, Speech, Language, Search).
• Experience with managing vector databases including Azure Cognitive Search, Pinecone, or Redis vector DB.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with deployment best practices and CI/CD for AI models.
• Understanding of data governance and ethical implications of AI technology.

Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in AI solution design and management.

Environment

• This position is remote, with a preference for candidates located in Bangalore, India.
