<p>Position: Head- Growth</p>
<p>Description: The Head Growth is a senior leadership role that will report to the CEO. He /she shall be responsible for</p>
<p>driving business growth by integrating efforts of cross functional teams to achieve organizational goals. This role would</p>
<p>entail taking complete ownership of player lifecycle and experience. The person would have a team of 30+ members across</p>
<p>CRM, Support, Risk and QA reporting in. It would require the person to build a data driven customer centric thinking across</p>
<p>the organization and identify key opportunities at every stage of customer to scale the business at speed.</p>
<p>Key Job Responsibilities:</p>
<p>• Developing and executing growth strategy, including monthly, quarterly and annual goals, along with marketing,</p>
<p>product and data teams to drive player acquisition, retention and contribution</p>
<p>• Create customer segmentation and strong loyalty programs to increase gameplay and customer engagement</p>
<p>• Support acquisition team to devise marketing campaign across different channels including Google, FB, affiliate etc to</p>
<p>maximize across the funnel conversion rate and improve return on marketing spends</p>
<p>• Work closely with product team to innovate product format and identify new game segments and customer categories</p>
<p>based on market benchmarking</p>
<p>• Continuously run data driven A/B experiments to identify opportunities across the player lifecycle</p>
<p>• Conceptualize CRM initiatives including tournament & bonus optimization to reactive inactive players and maximize</p>
<p>LTV</p>
<p>• Deliver exceptional player experience through crafting customized journey, personalized communication & support</p>
<p>and leveraging product excellence</p>
<p>• Ensure robust and extensive governance framework including performance reporting, review and analysis</p>
<p>• Improving user engagement through innovative product features with direct impact on LTVs.</p>
<p>• Build a high performance team and mentor talent for the organizationLocation: Hyderabad</p>
<p>Qualification:</p>
<p>• Graduate (any specialization) from a top institute is a must</p>
<p>• MBA (or equivalent qualification) from a tier-I institute is preferred</p>
<p>Experience:</p>
<p>• 5+ years of total experience in CRM/ Growth/ Marketing roles in a high growth digital environment</p>
<p>• Overall experience should be under 10 years</p>
<p>• Prior experience in Gaming industry is a plus</p>
<p>• Past record of driving growth across customer retention or acquisition in a fast paced environment is a must</p>
<p>• Expertise with CRM and marketing tools and in using advance data analytics / tools</p>
<p>• Experience in managing a team and collaborating with cross functional teams</p>
