Job Summary

As a versatile Finance professional, this role requires a highly motivated individual with strong experience and a comprehensive understanding of the Accounts & Finance domain, MIS reporting, and audits. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the financial operations of Edenred, supporting the organization in achieving its business goals through effective financial management.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and report on Sales/Collections/Accounts Receivable Management Information System (MIS).
  • Manage monthly closing of books, prepare MIS, and report financials in the Group’s system, collaborating with the Global Team for necessary support.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, including uploading in the Group’s system.
  • Finalize statutory audits and tax audits, while ensuring compliance with internal audit requirements.
  • Prepare quarterly balance sheets and conduct ledger scrutiny.
  • Represent Finance in ERP implementation/customization projects in collaboration with the IT Team.
  • Liaise with banks for treasury management and report to the Group on a monthly basis.
  • Support ad hoc management reporting requests and special projects as needed.
  • Manage stakeholder relations, ensuring communication within defined turnaround times (TAT).
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 members.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience, or CA Inter with 7-8 years of total accounting and MIS reporting experience.
  • Proven experience in general ledger control and intercompany reconciliations, sales, and accounts receivables.
  • Strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with ERP systems and financial software.
  • Previous experience in treasury management is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience for CA candidates, or 7-8 years of experience for CA Inter candidates or commerce graduates.

Environment

  • This is a hybrid work role, requiring the candidate to work 3 days from the office.

Salary

  • Estimated compensation ranges from ₹20 to ₹25 lakhs annually.
