● Research trends, materials, manufacturing methods, and user needs.
3D Modeling & Technical Development
● Develop high-quality 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for prototyping and production.
● Create technical specifications, material lists, and tolerances for manufacturing partners.
● Iterate designs based on functional, aesthetic, and production feedback.
Prototyping & Testing

● Evaluate usability, durability, ergonomics, and feasibility.
● Conduct design refinements to optimize performance and manufacturability.
Production & Vendor Collaboration

● 2–5 years of experience designing consumer goods or lifestyle products (preferred).
● Strong proficiency in CAD and rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Fusion 360, KeyShot, Blender).
● Ability to generate both conceptual sketches and production-ready designs.
● Solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production constraints.
● Strong sense of form, aesthetics, and detail.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet timelines.
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

What We Offer
● Competitive salary and project-based incentives.
● Opportunity to shape the product direction of a growing creative brand.
● Hands-on experience across design, prototyping, and production.
● A collaborative, imaginative, and craft-focused work culture.
