As a senior product manager, you will take end to end ownership of Fisdom’s stock broking products (Mobile - Android, iOS & Web), identify market requirements, define the product vision, prioritize, work closely with design and tech team to drive the implementation, rollout and achieving the target business metrics.

Key areas of responsibility :

- Analyze the effectiveness of the current features and define ways to acquire, engage and monetize users based on analytics data and in-depth understanding of customer needs.
- Work closely with the design & development teams to explain requirements of new features and change requests for existing features.

- Closely manage rollout of all product requirements with focus on both quality and time to market.
- Setup, develop and roll-out structured learning experiments through A/B tests, surveys, user interviews for developing and testing hypotheses for product features & messaging.
- In charge of competitor analysis, market analysis, product analysis, business cases, product evolution, feature prioritization, high level requirement gathering, and product marketing.
- Understand the rapidly evolving technology and business trends in Indian financial services(Aadhar, UPI etc) and regulatory environment and spot opportunities for creating unique and differentiated products.

Desired candidate:
- 5-7 years of product management experience working in the internet economy
- Should have hands on experience of building and managing mobile and web products
- Strong sense of ownership and passion to solve user pain points

- Excellent at collaboration with multiple teams and aligning various stakeholders with the product vision

- Take up end to end ownership from gathering user requirement to releasing/tracking solutions

- Develop and manage the overall prioritisation, milestones and success metrics

- Prior experience in stock broking or Fintech product role is good to have

- Willing to work from office in Bengaluru

Qualifications:
- B.E./B.Tech a must
- MBA from premier institutes is preferred
