Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced legal professional to manage corporate legal matters, agreements, compliance, and liaison activities with government authorities. The candidate will be responsible for handling legal documentation, ongoing legal cases, contracts, and ensuring smooth legal operations of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all corporate legal cases and legal documentation.
• Draft, review, and finalize vendor agreements, contractor agreements, NDAs, and other legal contracts.
• Liaise with government departments, regulatory authorities, and legal consultants.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, licenses, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain legal records, notices, and case-related documentation.
• Support management on legal risks, disputes, and compliance matters.
• Coordinate with internal departments for legal and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: LLB / LLM from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 7+ years of experience in corporate legal functions.
• Strong knowledge of contract management, corporate laws, and compliance.
• Good drafting, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing industry is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with legal frameworks and industry regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills to assess legal risks.

Experience

7+ years of relevant experience in corporate legal functions, ideally within the FMCG manufacturing sector.

Environment

Work is primarily performed in an office setting. Flexibility may be required for interaction with external stakeholders and government bodies.
