About the Venture
We are building a next-gen services business that brings the speed, scalability, and margin of SaaS to AI-powered transformation. Our model is high-velocity, low-complexity, and outcome-led — focused on helping North American companies integrate AI automation tools and modernize legacy products with smart, efficient, and modular delivery.
This venture is backed by seasoned investors across the US and India, with a strong track record of incubating, scaling, and operating successful tech businesses globally. With early capital secured, we’re now looking for a founding CEO to lead this business from day zero.
What You’ll Own
- Vision & Strategy: Shape and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy for an AI-led services business focused on high-margin, modular delivery.
- Revenue & Client Acquisition: Build and scale a book of business targeting North America, onboarding early clients, and expanding with repeatable delivery.
- Leadership & Talent: Attract, hire, and lead high-caliber talent across the US and India — delivery, presales, GTM, and functional heads.
- Delivery & Model Design: Define an agile, scalable delivery model with India-based teams; balance speed with quality, and reduce people-dependence.
- Market Development: Bring or build relationships with enterprise buyers, mid-market tech leaders, and decision-makers investing in AI transformation.
- P&L Ownership: Drive growth and efficiency while owning full-stack business operations, talent ramp-up, and delivery economics.
Who You Are
- A strategic operator with a strong entrepreneurial mindset — you’ve built, scaled, or turned around a business in tech or digital services.
- A market-facing leader with deep familiarity with the US-India services dynamic, and a sharp understanding of client expectations in North America.
- An AI-native thinker — not necessarily a deep technologist, but someone who has a clear view on how AI is transforming services and client workflows.
- A talent magnet — you attract and retain A+ performers, and know how to hire lean, high-output teams.
- A connector — with a strong rolodex across enterprise tech, digital CXOs, or founders looking for AI transformation partners.
- You’ve held or contributed to a $50–100M+ book of business, and know what it takes to win and grow strategic accounts.
- Comfortable working remotely with India-based teams, while staying close to the North America client base.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves — you’ll need to pitch, close, hire, and deliver in the early months.
Ideal Background
- Leadership experience in tech services, productized services, or platform-enabled services businesses
- Exposure to AI/automation, digital transformation, or implementation of modern enterprise tools
- Experience of leading new growth initiatives inside a startup or scaled org
- Track record of selling into and delivering for clients in North America
