Job Description: Manager – Logistics About Nutrova Nutrova (nutrova.com) is the umbrella brand of Axys Nutrition Products Pvt. Ltd., start-up focused on developing evidence-based nutrition and nutraceutical products that allow people to take charge of their health. Our goal is to provide consumers with the products and information that allow them to achieve their health goals in a safe, effective and sustainable way. Our approach to developing products is to focus on evidence and measurable outcomes. We achieve this through clinical studies and third-party testing of all our products, and make the same accessible to consumers and healthcare practitioners. The Opportunity This position will be responsible optimizing the flow of goods and ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers by overseeing outward logistics and working with planning and finance teams to oversee inventory management and planning. This role will involve: Supply Chain Management: - Overseeing the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery, for both online and offline sales channels, responsible for ensuring availability of products to meet demand. Inventory Control: - Work closely with finance and planning teams to optimize stock levels - Oversee the inward and outward movement of goods with responsibility for choosing selecting the most cost effective and efficient service providers Warehouse management: - Supervision of internal warehouses and logistics executives to ensure optimal functioning - Overseeing 3rd party warehouse operations to ensure compliance to internal standards Order Fulfilment: - Ensure accurate and on-time order fulfilment for both B2C and B2B channels - Monitor and improve picking and packaging process to enhance the customer experience Quality control: - Establish quality control procedures to maintain the integrity of products during storage and transportation. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of logistics professionals, ensuring they are motivated and well-trained Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree • 4 to 6 years of experience in a logistics/ supply chain/ order processing/warehousing role • E-commerce / Shopify experience will be given preference • Proficiency with online order processing • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite • Excellent communication skills
