Job Summary
As a Global Partnership & Strategic Alliance professional at CureMeAbroad, you will play a crucial role in building and managing the hospital partner network. This role serves as a clinical due diligence layer within the business development team, providing direct exposure to international healthcare business operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of partnerships and supporting the company's expansion into new geographies.
Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers, and ecosystem stakeholders across global markets.
- Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, treatment geographies, and specialty verticals.
- Support the end-to-end onboarding of new partners, including commercial discussions, documentation, agreements, and integration processes.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to support expansion strategies.
- Develop partnership proposals, business presentations, and strategic briefs for leadership and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with partner organizations to drive mutual growth.
- Track partnership performance, identify areas for optimization, and recommend growth strategies.
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives undertaken by the founding team.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Experience: 3–7 years in partnerships, business development, strategic alliances, consulting, or growth functions, preferably within healthcare, healthtech, medical tourism, insurance, or consulting industries.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
