Job Summary

The NetSuite Consultant is responsible for configuring and customizing the NetSuite application to align with the unique business requirements of clients. This role involves collaborating with technical teams and clients, testing scenarios, and ensuring seamless system deployment and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the NetSuite application to meet customer business requirements.
• Conduct personalization sessions and document meeting minutes effectively.
• Translate customer business requirements into business solutions, which may involve software solutions or re-engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical team members to guide the development of customized solutions or data extracts using SQL queries.
• Identify testing scenarios, establish test cases, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with core client stakeholders.
• Create training and support documentation and facilitate end-user training to enhance user adoption.
• Document requirements, processes, and design user documentation that reflects industry best practices.
• Assist in the “Go Live” deployment processes, ensuring a seamless software launch and consistent business operations during cutover.
• Deliver complex solutions utilizing the Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Conduct thorough testing of implemented features and prepare corresponding test cases.
• Recommend process improvements based on application capabilities and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite implementation and enhancement projects.
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of NetSuite functionalities and architecture.
• Integration: Hands-on experience integrating NetSuite with third-party applications.
• Implementation: Minimum of 4 end-to-end implementation experiences.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers and partners to gather requirements and design solutions.
• ERP Knowledge: Proficient in NetSuite ERP setups and configurations, including Saved Searches and reports.
• Functional Expertise: Functional experience in Receivables, Order Management, case management, and billing operations within NetSuite.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Excellent command of flowcharts and Data Flow Diagrams.
• Good team player with collaborative skills.
• Ready to be on-call on a rotational basis.
• Proficient in Google Sheets, Google Apps, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in NetSuite projects with a strong focus on implementation and enhancements.
