Servicenow Architect - ITSM, ITOM, CMDB

Job Summary

The Servicenow Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This position is essential for ensuring that the ServiceNow platform meets the needs of the business and supports its goals effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver ServiceNow solutions based on ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, including design, configurations, and customizations.
• Oversee the integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and administrators.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow application architecture and development best practices.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other relevant programming languages.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Implementation Specialist).

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience in other ITIL service management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and DevOps practices.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architecture, with a focus on ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
