Job Summary

We are seeking experienced professionals for the role of Guidewire Testing to join our dynamic teams in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. As a Guidewire Testing specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Guidewire applications through comprehensive functional testing. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that meet client requirements and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional testing of Guidewire applications, including PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and technical specifications.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project management teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in requirement analysis, design reviews, and provide feedback on testability.
• Prepare comprehensive test reports and metrics for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Guidewire Functional Testing.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire suite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter).
• Proficiency in developing and executing test cases and scripts.
• Experience with defect tracking tools and test management software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation testing tools related to Guidewire.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
• Knowledge of insurance domain processes and workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Exposure to performance and security testing.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Guidewire Functional Testing.
• Experience with large-scale Guidewire implementation projects is a plus.

• Work location: Hyderabad or Bengaluru offices.
• Collaborative team setting within a professional environment.
• Some remote and hybrid flexibility may be available depending on project needs.
• Standard office hours, with occasional extended hours during project deadlines.

Salary

• Competitive salary ranging from ₹2,00,000 to ₹15,00,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
