Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Reltio MDM Developer to join our Data Engineering & Integration team in Chennai/Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Master Data Management solutions using Reltio Cloud MDM and working with complex data domains. Exposure to life sciences data such as Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), products, or clinical datasets is a plus. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance master data solutions that support enterprise-wide data quality, governance, and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Reltio MDM solutions including data models, match/merge rules, survivorship, workflows, and integrations.
• Collaborate with business and data teams to understand master data domains (e.g., Customer, Product, Vendor, HCP/HCO) and define MDM requirements.
• Implement data quality rules, cleansing logic, and validation within the Reltio platform.
• Develop real-time and batch integration workflows using Reltio Integration Hub, APIs, and third-party ETL tools.
• Work closely with Data Governance and Data Stewardship teams to enable stewardship workflows and exception handling.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data lineage, and configuration guides.
• Troubleshoot MDM-related issues and ensure ongoing support and performance tuning.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprints, and deployment cycles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Reltio Cloud MDM development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of MDM concepts including entity resolution, survivorship, hierarchy management, and DCR workflows.
• Proficiency in JSON, REST APIs, Reltio Console, and UI configurations.
• Experience in developing and consuming APIs for data exchange with Reltio.
• Good knowledge of data modeling, relational databases, and data integration tools.
• Solid understanding of data quality, governance, and metadata management.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Life Sciences master data such as HCP, HCO, Product, Trial Sites, etc.
• Experience integrating Reltio with tools like Salesforce, Veeva, Snowflake, or Collibra.
• Familiarity with AWS services, especially S3, Lambda, Glue, or Step Functions.
• Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) in the Life Sciences domain.

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in the field.

• Location: Chennai/Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Hybrid (mandatory 2-3 days in the office)
