We are looking for an Associate in the Founder’s Office, to drive some of the keys strategic initiatives of the firm.

About the Role
We are seeking a driven, versatile professional to join the Founder's Office in a full-time capacity. This is a strategic,
high-visibility role working closely with the Managing Partner to drive critical initiatives across the firm's operations,
brand building, and strategic growth. The role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of business
strategy, client engagement, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Initiatives:
o Conduct research on new markets, domains, and service lines to identify potential growth
opportunities.
o Develop strategies for partnerships and collaborations with external stakeholders, including
investors, clients, and industry bodies.
2. Community and Brand Building:
o Build and maintain relationships with the investor and client community by organizing events such
as webinars, roundtables, and networking forums.
o Collaborate with campuses for recruitment drives, case competitions, and branding activities.
o Create and oversee content for the firm's website, social media platforms, and newsletters, ensuring
alignment with the firm's brand identity.
3. Operational Excellence:
o Oversee office setups, technology upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements to ensure a seamless
work environment.
o Monitor and drive internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, training programs, and cross-
functional collaboration.
4. Event Management:
o Plan, organize, and execute investor events, conferences, and other client-facing activities to
strengthen the firm’s market presence.
o Manage logistics, stakeholder coordination, and follow-ups for all events.
5. Communication and Reporting:
o Prepare presentations, proposals, and updates for both internal and external stakeholders.
o Track and report on key performance metrics related to strategic initiatives and operations.
Qualifications & Skills
 Educational Background: MBA or equivalent is a plus.
 Experience: 2-3 years in consulting, investment banking, Founder’s Office or a strategic role with exposure to
operations and brand-building activities.
 Skills:
o Strong analytical and research skills.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
o Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content creation and event management.
o Relationship-building and networking abilities.
o Creative and strategic thinking with attention to detail.
