Adobe DAM Business Analyst & Scrum Lead

Job Summary

The Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) Business Analyst & Scrum Lead will be responsible for managing and enhancing Adobe DAM capabilities, including asset taxonomy, intake, version control, repository management, access control, and integrations. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, marketing, and creative teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. The position ensures the successful implementation, testing, and adoption of DAM solutions that support organizational marketing, content, and brand objectives.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and creative teams to gather and document Digital Asset Management (DAM) requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications for Adobe AEM Assets.
• Work closely with technical teams, UX designers, and DAM architects to design and deliver optimal DAM solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements for DAM structure, metadata models, tagging strategies, workflows, and user permissions.
• Support DAM implementation phases including testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment activities.
• Define and document asset lifecycle workflows such as ingest, approval, distribution, and archival.
• Assist in planning data migration and structuring asset taxonomy.
• Monitor DAM adoption and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in gathering business requirements and documenting processes related to Digital Asset Management.
• Proficient in translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets or similar DAM platforms.
• Experience with asset taxonomy, metadata modeling, tagging strategies, and workflow design.
• Ability to conduct gap analysis and recommend DAM improvements.
• Skilled in supporting implementation, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Familiarity with UX design principles and DAM architecture.
• Knowledge of data migration strategies and asset lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in Business Analysis or Scrum Master is a plus.

Experience

• Relevant experience in Digital Asset Management business analysis and project leadership.
• Experience working with marketing, content, and creative teams.
• Prior involvement in DAM implementation and adoption projects.

Salary

• Estimated Salary: ₹450,000 per annum
