<div>Roles & Responsibilities As a Growth Associate, you will: ● Collaborate with the Founders to develop and execute data-driven growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement. ● Identify and test new marketing channels, tactics, and growth hacks to optimize user acquisition and retention. ● Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand user behavior and inform growth strategies. ● Assist in building and managing strategic partnerships to expand our reach and grow our user base. ● Analyze key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve the effectiveness of our growth initiatives. ● Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our growth processes. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth marketing and digital marketing. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have only these qualities.
