Product Manager

Job Summary

The Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of product strategies within the Credit and Risk domains of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This role will focus on corporate and enterprise lending, ensuring that product offerings meet customer needs and align with the organization's objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and user experience.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends within the BFSI sector.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch, including post-launch performance analysis.
• Define product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future product enhancements.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and make data-driven product decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience as a Product Manager, specifically within the Credit, Risk, and Loan Management spheres.
• Strong understanding of the BFSI domain, particularly in corporate and enterprise lending.
• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile product development methodologies is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) in a related field.
• Certification in Product Management or related areas.
• Familiarity with financial modeling and risk assessment tools.

Experience

• A minimum of 5-7 years in product management roles within the BFSI industry, focusing on Credit and Risk management.
