Job Summary
The Offline Channel Key Account Manager – Modern Trade will be responsible for leading and growing Paradyes' presence across key retail accounts in Gujarat. This role involves managing modern trade partnerships, driving sales growth, negotiating commercial agreements, ensuring excellent retail execution, and expanding the brand's footprint across organized retail formats.
Responsibilities

Key Account Management:
- Manage and grow relationships with modern trade and organized retail partners across Gujarat.
- Develop and execute account-wise business plans to achieve sales and growth objectives.
- Identify opportunities for distribution expansion and increased market penetration.

Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Drive primary and secondary sales across assigned accounts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor account performance and implement growth strategies.

Commercial & Business Planning:
- Lead negotiations for listings, annual agreements, promotions, and visibility programs.
- Manage trade spends effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Forecast sales, monitor inventory, and ensure product availability across stores.

Retail Execution:
- Ensure strong in-store visibility, merchandising, and brand presence.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and retail activations.
- Monitor compliance with agreed visibility and display standards.

Distributor & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work closely with distributors to ensure seamless order fulfillment and stock management.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to drive business objectives.
- Resolve operational challenges impacting account performance.

Market Intelligence:
- Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and new launches.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Modern Trade, Key Account Management, Offline Channel Sales, or Retail Sales.
- Proven experience managing modern trade and organized retail accounts.
- Strong network and relationships with key retail chains and regional modern trade partners in Gujarat.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, Hair Care, or Consumer Brands.
- Strong commercial negotiation and account management skills.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving account growth.
- Proficiency in sales planning, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Gujarat.
- Ahmedabad-based candidates will be preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
