Job Summary
The Key Account Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with top retailers and e-commerce platforms in India. This position is pivotal in driving revenue optimization and enhancing the company's loyalty programs through effective account management and strategic alliances.
Responsibilities
- Brand Acquisition & Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with top retailers and consumer brands to build a robust gift card/voucher portfolio aligned with business objectives.
- Commercial Negotiation & Revenue Optimization: Negotiate commercial terms, drive cost optimization across the voucher catalogue, and establish collaborative partnerships that ensure clear ROI for all stakeholders.
- Media Sales & Partner Monetization: Pitch and sell media visibility opportunities, design co-funded campaigns with partner brands, and own revenue targets from media and partnerships.
- Account Management & Growth: Serve as the single point of contact for key accounts, develop joint business plans, and continuously monitor performance metrics to drive growth.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams for seamless execution and alignment on campaign rollouts and pricing strategies.
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Track competition and trends, identify gaps in the catalogue, and provide insights for category expansion.
Qualifications
- Proven success in prospecting and closing new business.
- Around 8-10+ years of experience in Key Account Management and Brand Alliances with retailers and e-commerce brands.
- Exposure to gift cards, fintech, loyalty/rewards, or e-commerce ecosystems is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in commercial negotiations and revenue ownership.
- Knowledge of Media Sales and Monetization will be an added advantage.
- Strong relationship management skills and an ownership mindset.

- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Experience in loyalty program development and execution.
- Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and derive insights.
Experience
- A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience in Key Account Management and Brand Alliances, preferably with exposure to the loyalty and e-commerce space.
Environment
The position will be based in Mumbai, India, within a dynamic and collaborative work environment at Edenred. This role may require occasional travel to meet partners and clients.
