Quality Manager

3. Key Roles

Manage company quality system to ensure quality initiatives are disseminated and implemented in the whole company. Ensure products in compliance with established specifications. Meet customer needs and expectations in quality.

4. Main Responsibility (Describe Main Responsibility and Specify Objectives)

1. To be the complete quality KPI owner, managing cost of quality activities, customer complaints and Field returns. Ensure timely and effective corrective and preventive actions taken to meet customer expectations.
2. Maintain and improve Quality system, support 3^rd party and customer audit to ensure the highest level of product quality and service to the customer.
3. Provide quality education training and development plan for QC or related personnel to ensure development of their professional knowledge and skills to continuously improve quality objectives.
4. Carry out internal Quality Processes (CQC inspection, calibration, FAI, etc.)
5. Lead quality department, develop and train team, to ensure achievement of overall business objectives of quality department.

6. Qualification/ Experience/ Skills

1. University degree or above
2. At least 10 years experiences in quality management in large / multi-national company; experience with quality system knowledge.
3. Have good understanding of various quality tools, to be observant and have attention to detail, being proactive, prioritize prevention rather than detection.
4. Strong communication capability, high level of negotiation and presentation skills and being a good team player.
5. Strong quality leadership, developing and promoting the entire quality team.
6. Good communication in English, oral and written skills.
