Amazon/Marketplace Senior Executive<br /> We're Sleepy Owl Coffee, an omni-channel challenger brand in the coffee space, on a mission to make<br /> India a coffee-drinking country. We need<br /> a dynamic D2C executive to grow our website business.<br /> ROLE OVERVIEW<br /> You will own day-to-day performance and growth on Amazon (and other marketplaces), spanning ads<br /> (AMS), catalog, content, insights, and inventory coordination. You’ll work closely with marketing, supply<br /> chain, and leadership to turn Amazon data into clear actions across campaigns, listings, and even product<br /> decisions — while also helping build and scale Amazon Now, giving you hands-on exposure to quick<br /> commerce and new growth channels that most roles may not offer early on.<br /> KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br />
- Amazon Ads (AMS)<br /> ●<br /> Plan, execute, and optimise Amazon Ads across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Sponsored Display<br /> Own keyword strategy, bid optimisation, search term mining, and budget efficiency<br /> Regularly test new ad formats, structures, and tactics to unlock incremental growth<br />
- Seller Central / Vendor Central Ownership<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Own daily operations across Seller Central and/or Vendor Central<br /> Monitor performance metrics, suppressions, pricing, Buy Box, and account health<br /> Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly<br />
- Data, Insights & Strategy<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Use Amazon Pi, Brand Analytics, and advertising reports to extract actionable insights<br /> Feed learnings back into campaign strategy, listing optimisation, and brand decisions<br /> Identify patterns in search behaviour, repeat purchase, and category trends<br /> (Optional but valued) Flag opportunities for new SKUs, pack sizes, or pricing based on data<br />
- Catalog, SEO & Content Optimisation<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Own catalog hygiene including titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, and images<br /> Drive Amazon SEO using keyword research and competitive analysis<br /> Continuously improve PDPs to increase conversion and organic rank<br />
- Inventory & Demand Coordination<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Track inventory health, forecast demand, and flag risks early<br /> Coordinate with supply chain teams to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory<br /> Align ad aggressiveness with inventory realities<br />
- Growth & Experimentation<br /> ●<br /> Actively explore and use tools such as Helium 10 (or similar) for keyword, competitor, and<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> category insights<br /> Identify and test growth hacks across pricing, bundles, promotions, and visibility levers<br /> Stay updated on Amazon feature launches and category best practices<br /> IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> ●<br /> Minimum 2 years of hands-on Amazon experience (brand-side preferred)<br /> Strong working knowledge of AMS / Amazon Ads and campaign optimisation<br /> Experience with Seller Central and/or Vendor Central<br /> Comfortable working with Amazon Pi, Brand Analytics, and ad reports<br /> Solid understanding of cataloging, Amazon SEO, and PDP optimisation<br /> Basic understanding of inventory planning and demand signals<br /> Curious, self-driven, and scrappy — goes beyond instructions to figure things out<br /> Learner mindset; actively explores tools, data, and new approaches<br /> Location: Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
