Senior Power Automate Developer

Job Summary

We’re seeking a hands-on developer with deep expertise in Power Automate and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath to build intelligent automation workflows. The ideal candidate will also bring working knowledge of Python, Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks, and Azure services to support AI-enhanced automation and scalable deployment. Please note that UI development is not part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Build and deploy RPA bots using UiPath across enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle Fusion).
• Develop Python-based microservices and backend scripts using FastAPI.
• Integrate GenAI models (OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain) into automation logic.
• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Neo4j).
• Leverage Azure services (Functions, Cognitive Services, Blob Storage) for cloud-native deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions.
• Document technical architecture, flow logic, and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software development, specifically in automation solutions.
• Proficiency in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).
• Expertise in UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Action Center).
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with FastAPI and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks: OpenAI, Gemini, LangChain.
• Knowledge of Vector Databases: FAISS, Pinecone, Neo4j.
• Experience with Azure services: Functions, Cognitive Services, Blob Storage.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in enterprise system integration, particularly with SAP, Salesforce, and Oracle Fusion.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts and deployment in cloud environments.
• Additional knowledge of other RPA tools is a plus.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required for this senior-level position.
