Job Summary

This hybrid role is designed for experienced professionals specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM). The position spans Pan India and is aimed at ensuring efficient and effective warehouse management solutions that support the organization’s operational excellence. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining SAP EWM solutions to meet the evolving business needs.

Responsibilities

• SAP EWM Implementation: Design, configure, and implement SAP EWM solutions tailored to the client's warehouse management requirements.
• Integration and Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EWM with other enterprise systems and optimize workflows.
• System Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and updates to ensure optimal system performance.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to reflect solution design, configurations, and regulatory compliance.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements, test functionalities, and ensure seamless deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM implementations or related warehouse management systems.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech, BSc preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP Extended Warehouse Management including configuration, customization, and performance tuning.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and best practices in software development and system integration.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to ensure clear collaboration among diverse teams.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in SAP EWM or related supply chain management systems.
• Experience with complementary modules such as SAP WM or SAP TM.
• Knowledge of integration trends and best practices in warehouse management systems.
• Exposure to modern middleware and API integration techniques.

Experience

• Required: 6 to 9 years in SAP EWM or equivalent implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, managing projects across Pan India and coordinating with global teams.
