Guy shud be 1 level above Ops head who is joining them on Monday.. this new guy shud be strategic thinker..

30-40 lacs cash + ESOPs...fighting fire is something he/she shud be comfortable..
The head of plant and HR wont report to head of ops but will directly report to COO..preferably from F&B industry but open for candidates from Ops heavy business(zomato,blinkit..etc)..good at dealing with people..
Currently present in 5 cities and will add 1 more city..
Shud be based out of Mumbai ..may be 5-6 days travel in Month for this guy..
Avg age of the org - 30-35 years 
ex-cofounder would surely work...
