Job Summary

As a SAP CRM Developer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enhancing our SAP CRM functionalities. You will work on technical customization and integrations using the SAP CRM Technical platform, Web UI Framework, and other essential modules. Your contributions will support the ongoing success and transformation of our clients’ businesses by delivering high-quality technical solutions and enhancements in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize SAP CRM solutions using SAP CRM Technical and the Web UI Framework, including the Component Workbench.
• Implement enhancements in CRM 7.0 utilizing AET, EEWB, Structural Enhancements, and other tools.
• Write and maintain BOL-GENIL programs, ensuring quality and efficiency in the coding process.
• Work on integrating Business Partner and 1-Order Framework components such as Activity, Lead, and Vehicle (iObject) objects, including relevant APIs.
• Utilize ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BadIs, RFCs, and oData for robust SAP CRM development.
• Collaborate in an agile team environment (SAFe), actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and reviews according to CET time zone.

Qualifications

• Proficient in SAP CRM Technical and Web UI Framework, including Component Workbench.
• Hands-on experience with Enhancement Framework in CRM 7.0 (AET, EEWB, Structural Enhancements).
• Strong expertise in BOL-GENIL programming.
• Sound working knowledge of Business Partner and 1-Order Framework including APIs.
• Experience with ABAP Objects, BAPIs, BadIs, RFCs, and oData.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, especially SAFe, and participation in agile artifacts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with BRF plus, ACE, and the Authorization Concept.
• Experience in Procedural ABAP including ALV, RFC, LSMW, and Smart Forms/Adobe Forms.
• Relevant coursework or projects that demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.

Experience

• Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP CRM development and related technologies.

Environment

• Work mode is office-based with locations available in Pune, Bangalore, Coimbatore, and Hyderabad.
• Candidates are expected to work within an agile team environment and adhere to CET time zone scheduling for agile meetings.
