Job Summary

We are seeking a Technical Content Writer to produce high-clarity, expert-level content aimed at ML engineers, infrastructure architects, and AI leaders. This role entails translating complex infrastructure concepts into clear narratives, diagrams, and documentation to enhance awareness, evaluation, and adoption of Simplismart.

Responsibilities

• Craft deep technical blogs covering topics such as model optimizations and deployment strategies.
• Create executive-style LinkedIn posts from a founder or engineering perspective.
• Develop event recaps with insights from engineering events like NVIDIA GTC and KubeCon.
• Write whitepapers on infrastructure-native Generative AI and scaling speech-to-text/speech-to-speech/LLMs.
• Produce platform breakdowns and use-case driven narratives to illustrate the capabilities of Simplismart.
• Develop technical product documentation, including SDKs, CLI interfaces, and YAML workflows.
• Prepare setup and deployment guides for various environments, including multi-GPU and streaming inference.
• Author release notes and changelogs to communicate updates effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline).
• Strong understanding of machine learning engineering and infrastructure concepts, including:
  • MLOps orchestration and model serving (vLLM, SGLang, TGI, Triton).
  • GPU utilization and autoscaling.
  • Container orchestration and streaming inference.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, particularly for technical audiences.
• Ability to visualize and explain complex systems through diagrams and narratives.
• Understanding of the target audience, including ML engineers, infrastructure engineers, AI architects, and decision-makers.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with asynchronous APIs and fine-tuning pipelines.
• Experience in crafting content that aligns with brand storytelling and high-impact initiatives.
• Proficiency in using design tools to enhance content delivery.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical writing or a related field.

Environment

• Work location: Bengaluru, with flexibility for remote work within a hybrid model.
• In-office work is expected, with a policy for work-from-home flexibility.
• The position allows for relocation.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹6,00,000 to ₹10,00,000 per annum.
