Job Description
- Role: Offline Sales
- Reporting to : Vikas (founder)
- Current team structure: 140 distributors, 90 FOS and 50 promoters (140 will report into them) Can scale up the team
- Team size: FOS and promoters and can scale up further for North and West
- CTC: 45-50L including incentives + ESOPs. 30-40 YoE
- Location: Bangalore preferred but can consider Mumbai for a strong candidate
- Sector: FMCG, premium food/ packaged food
- Experience: 30-40 years of age, North and West experience in MT and GT
- Duplication: Role is open with Native they had closed Arjun Mehra (Redbull) at 80-90L offer, who backed out last minute. Met 4-5 people but now the role is more junior.
- Interview: First round with Nikhil, Advisor (Former MD of Heinz and CEO of CavinKare Thiruambalam), A91 investor may also join
- Revenue: About 2/3rd revenue from online channels and remaining 20-21% from GT and 1% MT with 10000 outlets tapped mainly in the South. Next 2 years aim is to get this to a 50-50 split
