Sr. Technical Lead

Job Summary

The Sr. Technical Lead is a pivotal role responsible for designing scalable, high-performance solutions utilizing a range of technologies, including React.js, Node.js, and Azure Cloud services. This position involves leading technical teams and optimizing cloud and DevOps workflows to improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess a strong drive for innovation and process automation while fostering collaborative business relationships through effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & Innovation

  • Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using React.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Azure Cloud, Java, Spring Boot, and DevOps.
  • Drive innovation in architecture, development practices, and automation strategies.
  • Design and implement containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
  • Leverage Azure services for cloud-native application design, hosting, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews (PR Reviews), and performance tuning.

• Development & Integration

  • Lead full-stack development efforts using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and React.js/Angular.js.
  • Design and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries; integrate with NoSQL databases as needed.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and container technologies.
  • Champion best practices in software engineering, testing, and deployment.

• Cloud & Infrastructure

  • Design and manage Azure infrastructure using ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
  • Optimize cloud resource usage, cost, and performance.
  • Implement robust security, monitoring, and compliance strategies.

Qualifications

• Languages & Frameworks:
  • Proficiency in React.js, Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, especially Azure.
• Experience in containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with database optimization techniques for both PostgreSQL and NoSQL.
• Knowledge of CI/CD principles and tools, particularly Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Bicep, Terraform, or similar Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of software security best practices.
