Job Summary

The Network Security Lead will play a critical role in architecting and designing secure network solutions, implementing zero trust models, and ensuring compliance with information security standards. This role will lead the efforts in ensuring secure access to both internal and external applications while managing the necessary security infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design enterprise-wide Network Access Control (NAC) solutions using Aruba ClearPass.
• Lead the design and implementation of global Aruba ClearPass physical and virtual infrastructure.
• Define and enforce zero trust network access models and identity-based segmentation.
• Develop and implement policies for 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS, and certificate-based authentication.
• Implement and maintain AAA policies and rulesets for wired and wireless environments.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of NAC configurations to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA), Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), and Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) policies.
• Design, deploy, and manage FortiGate firewalls in both on-premises data centers and public cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP).
  • Hands-on experience in implementing Aruba ClearPass and advanced understanding of AAA protocols, 802.1X, RADIUS, and NAC.
  • Experienced with Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access, and Zero Trust frameworks.
  • Proficiency in deploying and managing FortiGate firewalls in enterprise and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, security controls, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills in security event analysis and incident handling.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including on-call responsibilities.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ITIL, ITSM, ISMS processes.
• Experience in security incident response, change, and problem management.

Experience

• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in network security, with a track record of leading security projects and implementations.

Environment

• Position based in Chennai, IN.
• Candidates should be open to working either on Indian night shifts or US overlapping shifts (5 PM IST to 2:30 PM IST).
