<p><b>Role Overview</b></p>
<p>We are looking for a high-energy <b>Business Development Manager / Senior Manager</b> to drive</p>
<p>revenue growth by sourcing and closing debt transactions across startups, SMEs, and emerging</p>
<p>corporates. The ideal candidate brings a mix of financial acumen, sales aggression, and the ability to</p>
<p>build credibility with CXOs and Founders. This role requires hustle, financial fluency, and a passion for</p>
<p>deal-closing.</p>
<p><b>What You’ll Do</b></p>

<p><b>Revenue Generation</b></p>
<p>○</p>
<p>Own and deliver monthly revenue targets through successful origination and closure</p>
<p>of debt transactions via the Recur Club platform.</p>
<p><b>Deal Sourcing & Pipeline Building</b></p>
<p>○</p>
<p>Proactively identify and qualify new prospects through direct outreach, referrals and</p>
<p>the partner ecosystem.</p>
<p>○</p>
<p>Meet with 3-4 Founders / Promoters / CFOs daily to pitch Recur Club’s capital</p>
<p>solutions.</p>
<p>○</p>
<p>Develop a consistent pipeline of high-quality deals across priority sectors and</p>
<p>geographies.</p>
<p><b>Consultative Selling</b></p>
<p>○</p>
<p>Understand business models and funding needs to advise on the right capital stack</p>
<p>(working capital, venture debt, term loans, asset-backed financing, etc.).●</p>

<p>Build trust with finance decision-makers through insights, financial understanding,</p>
<p>and solutioning—not just pitching.</p>
<p>Negotiating terms of the engagement, closing platform commercials and executing</p>
<p>the Engagement Letter.</p>
<p><b>Deal Execution & Coordination</b></p>

<p>Monitor and fast-track the deal running journey - initial evaluation, financial due</p>
<p>diligence and execution - with internal capital consultants, operations, and lenders.</p>

<p>Drive urgency and momentum across clients and stakeholders to close deals on time.</p>

<p>3–7 years of experience originating emerging and mid market corporates for all kinds of debt</p>
<p>products.</p>
<p>Solid understanding of financial statements and capital structures.</p>
<p>Strong working knowledge of debt products—secured/unsecured loans, cash flow lending,</p>
<p>invoice discounting, revenue-based financing, etc.</p>
<p>Prior experience dealing with Founders / Promoters and CFOs of growth-stage and</p>
<p>established businesses.</p>
<p>Self-starter with strong hustle, discipline, and ownership mindset.</p>
<p>Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and CRM hygiene.</p>
