Job Description

trategic Brand Development

• Lead the creation and execution of brand strategies aligned with

business objectives.

• Define brand architecture, positioning, and messaging frameworks.

• Conduct competitive analysis and market mapping to identify growth

opportunities.

Product Launch & Lifecycle Management

• Drive end-to-end brand launches including concept development,

packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.

• Monitor brand performance and optimize campaigns based on

consumer insights and sales data.

Consumer Engagement & Communication

KPI

• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital

platforms.

• Collaborate with creative agencies and media partners to deliver high-

impact communication.

• Ensure brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure

alignment and execution.

• Partner with trade marketing and retail teams to drive in-store visibility

and activation.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Leverage consumer research, retail data, and digital analytics to refine

strategies.

• Track KPIs such as brand awareness, market share, and offtake velocity.
