Refreshing new creatives every week

Creating bi-weekly reports on creative testing; flash reports of winning creatives from each batch

Briefing the content and creative team on this creative analysis; and ideating new concepts for creatives for next batch
Weekly and Monthly metric reports on different data points
o
Analysing ad performance and customer data
o
Cohort analysis
o
Weekly and monthly tracking of CAC, LTV, CPMs etc
o
Tangible action points to improve performance basis this data analysis

Budget setting
o
Budget breakdowns on SKU level and Customer Cohort level (how much are we spending on each SKU and how much are we spending on returning versus new customer)
o
Basis above data – unit economics of P&L

Retention marketing and CRM

Customer cohorts and segmentation analysis

Micro targeting for conversion via whatsapp, email and SMS
