Job Description
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels. • Drive high-quality lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand engagement across international markets. • Manage and optimize marketing budgets exceeding ₹20 Cr, ensuring efficient cost per acquisition (CPA) and return on ad spend (ROAS). • Conduct deep-dive market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights for global campaigns. • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, bidding strategies, landing pages, and messaging through A/B testing and analytics. • Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, videos, and copy. • Analyze performance data to generate weekly/monthly reports and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders. • Work with international teams to ensure cultural and linguistic customization of campaigns. • Lead a high-performing performance marketing team, set KPIs/KRAs, and track team outcomes.
