the candidate will have to look at these two business, and some reports from real estate business, other than that not very involved in RE.

TECHNICALLY QUALIFIED - MECH ENGINEER, btech , tier 1 institutes.  
MBA OR MBA - FINANCE 
techno commercial skills, should understand manufacturing, should understands commercial costs, project viability, EBITA, profit margins, analytical. 

will work on business expasions, costs - he wll get in touch with the concerned person and analyse the data and then suggest and strategize. work on acquisitions. 
cross functional ,communication 
indstry - steel, power, manufacturig related to steel or power, mines, auto components manufacturing, cement, energy - hyro, solar
this is a new requirement. 
HYD - Madhapur.

Working days - 6 days - sometimes flexibility. if the boss is there, he'll have to be there. 

Team - No - IC Role - indirect reportees.
