Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing and growing Moxie's beauty marketplace business on Nykaa, Tira, Myntra, and other relevant platforms. This is a high ownership role for someone keen to build and scale a consumer e-commerce business from 0 to 100 in a dynamic startup environment.

 

Responsibilities:
● Manage the day-to-day operations and hold the relationships with the platform POCs to make Moxie one of the fastest growing brands on the platform
● Create, manage and optimize product listings and merchandising for maximum visibility and conversion
● Monitor inventory levels, prepare forecasts, and coordinate with the platform to raise POs at the right time to ensure products are always in stock
● Coordinate with the operations team to process and fulfill POs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
● Develop and execute tailored marketing campaigns specific to each marketplace to drive traffic and sales
● Regularly analyze key metrics including sales data, customer feedback, competitor data, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards to monitor performance and manage unit economics

 

Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field
● 1-3 years of experience at a D2C startup or an e-commerce platform
● Experience working with e-commerce platforms and proficiency in e-commerce marketing and growth strategies
● Strong communication and negotiation skills
● Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
● Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or similar)
● Ability to multitask and manage multiple channels and POCs
● Familiarity with the beauty or personal care category (preferred)
