Job Summary
The Regional Head of Operations is responsible for managing operations across multiple restaurant locations and cloud kitchens in Gurugram, Delhi, and Noida. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to standards and procedures (SOPs), training and developing team members, and leading area managers to achieve operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee operations for 10-15 stores in each region, totaling 28 stores.
- Report directly to the Head of Operations or potentially the Founder, depending on the organizational structure.
- Lead and develop 3-4 area managers, ensuring effective performance and operational efficiency.
- Conduct training for kitchen managers and dispatch managers on operational standards and practices.
- Implement and enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all locations.
- Manage and maintain strong territory management practices, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Educational Requirement: Degree in Hotel Management or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years in operations management within the restaurant industry.
- Knowledge of handling blue-collar workforce dynamics.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with brands like California Burrito or McDonald’s.
- Proven track record of managing multiple locations effectively.
- Strong financial acumen related to budgeting and cost management.
Experience
- A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar leadership role within operations.
Environment
- The position is primarily based in Gurugram (Udyog Vihar), with a requirement to visit stores across the specified regions.
- Working Hours: 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
Salary
Expected budget for this role is between 12-15 Lakhs per annum.
