Job Summary

The Performance Marketing Manager will serve as a Growth Architect, responsible for analyzing revenue targets and developing a reverse-engineered strategy to meet these goals. This role involves determining lead volume requirements, managing budgets, and executing performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads.

Responsibilities

  • Reverse-Engineered Strategy: Analyze sales targets and define lead volume requirements to meet revenue goals.
  • Full-Funnel Lead Generation:
    • Execute high-intent campaigns for Lockated targeting Real Estate Developers, Society Committees, and Facility Managers.
    • Drive B2B demand for GoPhygital, targeting Enterprise IT, Marketing Heads, and Digital Transformation leaders.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Own the end-to-end execution on platforms such as Google Ads (Search/Display), LinkedIn (Account-Based Marketing), and Meta.
    • Optimize landing pages and lead magnets for high "Click-to-Lead" conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and form lengths.
    • Monitor and report on Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Lifetime Value (LTV) metrics.
  • Growth Hacking: Identify and leverage Phygital marketing opportunities by integrating offline events and physical touchpoints with digital retargeting.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3 – 6 years in Performance Marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or Prop-Tech.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Expert-level command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and CRM tools (HubSpot/Zoho).
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
    • Accountability for lead quality, focusing on delivering quality over quantity.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C contexts would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with offline and online integration strategies.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years and up to 6 years in a relevant marketing role, with a focus on performance marketing.

Environment

  • Location: Worli, Mumbai.
  • Work Days: Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays required.
  • The role involves a dynamic work environment where direct access to the CEO and strategic decision-making is facilitated.
