To know more about us, visit www.xindus.net Job Role Position: Telecaller - Inside Sales Role Overview: As a Telecaller - Inside Sales, you will play a vital role in driving our business growth by reaching out to potential clients, engaging with them over the phone, and setting up meetings for the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Your focus will be on establishing initial contact, understanding the prospects' needs, and building a rapport to successfully schedule meetings with key decision-makers. Responsibilities:  Prospect Identification: Conduct market research and identify potential clients who could benefit from Xindus' products and services.  Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospects with the objective of introducing Xindus, understanding their requirements, and generating interest in our offerings.  Pitching Solutions: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Xindus' products and services, addressing prospects' pain points and emphasizing the benefits they can gain.  Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments and meetings for the GTM team with qualified leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients.  Lead Management: Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.  Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with prospects, providing them with the necessary information and resources as required.  Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and GTM teams to align efforts and ensure a consistent approach in promoting Xindus' solutions  Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and meetings scheduled. Requirements:  Experience: Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.  Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills in English (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively.  Motivated and Target-Driven: Highly self-motivated and able to work with targets and deadlines effectively.  Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to understand the needs of potential clients and align them with Xindus' solutions.  Positive Attitude: A positive and resilient attitude to handle rejections and convert challenges into opportunities.  Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, email, and other digital tools for lead management and communication.  Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and support colleagues to achieve collective goals.  Adaptability: Openness to learning about new technologies and industry trends to better engage with prospects.
