Job Description
Role: Compliance
Designation: Senior Manager
Reporting to: Head of Compliance ( Harish Kumar)
Team Size: IC role
New/Replacement Role: New role ( addition to the team)
Brief background about the role
- The incumbent must have relevant experience in handling SEBI compliance ( handling RBI compliance is an added advantage)
- Must have a min experience of 5 to 6 years of handling SEBI reporting ( mutual fund background is preferred)
- If not from Mutual fund experience then someone who can understand the Mutual fund compliances in respect to SEBI.
- Knowledge about legal and compliance is a must. This role will be second in command to the compliance officer.
Sourcing:
Likely candidate from Mutual fund companies or if not then wealth, broking, and securities who can manage mutual fund compliance.
Compensation:
upto 30 Lacs
Education:
CS is must
