Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Corporate Gifting Specialist to lead and expand our corporate gifting vertical. The ideal candidate will have deep networks in pharma companies, banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, and experience handling large-scale festive, employee-engagement, and client-gifting programs. You will be responsible for prospecting, pitching, customizing gift solutions, and closing high-value deals. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Development & Client Acquisition • Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients across pharma, BFSI, consulting, IT, manufacturing, and other sectors. • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision makers like procurement teams, HR heads, admin teams, and marketing departments. • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of corporate gifting leads. 2. Corporate Gifting Strategy & Execution • Understand client gifting needs (festive hampers, bulk gifting, rewards & recognition, event gifting, employee onboarding kits, etc.). • Propose customized Madmix gifting solutions aligned with their budgets, brand requirements, and timelines. • Coordinate with internal production, packaging, and logistics teams to ensure seamless execution. 3. Market Understanding & Insights • Stay updated with trends in corporate gifting, especially in pharma rep gifting, festive hampers, and BFSI corporate merchandise. • Analyze competitor offerings and propose value-added differentiators for Madmix. 4. Account Management & Revenue Growth • Maintain long-term relationships with key clients and ensure repeat business. • Take ownership of revenue targets for the corporate gifting vertical. • Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and volume-based deals. 5. Operations & Coordination • Work cross-functionally with SCM, packaging, finance, and warehouse teams. • Ensure timely order fulfillment, high-quality packaging, and consistent brand representation. Required Skills & Experience • 2–5 years of experience in the corporate gifting industry. • Strong network and prior experience working with pharma, banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, or gifting agencies. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Experience handling high-volume festive and corporate gifting orders. • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and oversee end-to-end delivery. • Creative mindset to curate unique hampers and gifting solutions.
